Background info on your character:

Estellise begins the game living the happy life of an oblivious, sheltered noble in the Imperial capital of Zaphias.

So one day bad shit went down at the castle and she discovered some bad dudes were after her bff Flynn. Estellise decided she needed to find and warn him, so she tried to leave the castle and got about as far as... two halls away from her bedroom, gg. But just as she was cornered by the Imperial Knights, who should appear but her own knight in shining armor, Yuri Lowell! Or some random thug, for all she knew at the time. At first, Estellise was suspicious of Yuri, what with him being an escaped prisoner in her own castle, but he quickly revealed he was acquainted with Flynn, after which it took all of two seconds for Estellise to place absolute trust in the man.

Along the way, Yuri began calling her by a nickname: Estelle. Estellise found being called by a nickname to be a new and curious notion, but quickly took to it, later insisting that everyone she met on her travels call her Estelle.

Yuri (and his dog, Repede) took Estelle from the capital. Estelle wanted to find Flynn and Yuri wanted to catch a blastia thief, so they stuck together and traveled to the town of Halure. On the way there, they encountered a boy named Karol who was separated from his guild. Together the four of them worked very hard to save Halure from its troubles because that's what good guys do, and after lots of effort and a boss battle and shit, Estelle just sauntered up and used her magical Mary-Sue powers for an abrupt solution to everyone's problems. (THIS HAPPENS A LOT)

All-too-conveniently, information about both Flynn and the blastia thief led them along the exact same path!! They ended up being joined by Rita Mordio, the genius mage with a huge bitch-streak who was pretty abrasive towards the immature and oblivious Estelle, but out of interest in her healing artes, she insisted on sticking with the party even after she had no reason to.

They moved along to Nor Harbor and !!!!!!!!! caught up with Flynn!!!!!! and a happy reunion was had. Estelle had a good long talk with him, then rejoined Yuri. They had happy funtime adventures until one day, when the Imperial Knights caught up with them, revealing something to the party.

LOOK OUT GUYS THERE ARE SERIOUS SPOILERS RIGHT HERE, SERIOUSLY MAN NOBODY EVER SAW THIS COMING

Estelle... is a princess. Nobody is surprised. The knights took her to the imperial city of Heliord, and the Yuri gang was taken for interrogation. Estelle then used her influence to pardon Yuri's crimes. Then she had some homotime with Rita, during which another (not)shocking secret was revealed! While everyone required a bodhi blastia to use artes, Estelle was using artes without a bodhi blastia! She was just pretending to use hers all along. In other words, yes she is a Mary Sue she is special in every way ever.

Then just as they were about to finally go their separate ways, a big talking monster attacked, targeted Estelle, and called her an "insipid poison" before flying off again. Estelle, disturbed by the encounter, decided to begin a search for the beast so she could ask it what it meant. Judith, one of their new allies, told them that the creature's name was Phaeroh, but didn't tell them anything else because pfff what is being helpful.

Their journey brought them to the coliseum city, where they went to meet Belius, who apparently knew about Phaeroh. And uhh surprise: Belius is a big talking monster thing like Phaeroh!! She told them that their race was called Entelexia, and she didn't get to say much more before the monster-hunting guild suddenly attacked! Belius was wounded, and Estelle naturally used her healing artes to help... only it didn't work, and instead it made Belius go crazy-berserk and led to a quick death for her. Belius tried to assure Estelle that she didn't blame her for her death before passing on, but Estelle was shocked at the outcome and blamed herself for Belius' fate.

Then she went through a long period of moping and bawwing and "my power is a poison! oh no" but she was left another clue from Belius: the Entelexia called Estelle the "Child of the Full Moon," a name from an ancient legend. Estelle decided to continue her journey to find Phaeroh and learn more about this.

After ten million more side-trips, they met Phaeroh!! Who was pretty 8| about Estelle killing Belius, oops. He revealed that Estelle's power screws up the world's aer (read: magic shit) and with the world currently heading towards an imbalance of catastrophic proportions, it's reeeeally not helping. They convinced Phaeroh to give them a chance to fix the world without killing Estelle, and he reluctantly agreed.

Then they learned about a similar catastrophe that took place a long-ass time ago, for the same reasons, and some Adephagos thing came to rape the planet. It also revealed that the catastrophe was averted by the death of the Children of the Full Moon oops.

Then Estelle got kidnapped!! Yeah, like, the second they looked the other way. She spent the next chunk of the game in a big magical bubble which the apparent bad guy, Alexei, used to draw out and control her powers. Estelle, not wanting her power to hurt anyone else, begged Yuri to kill her. But of course he didn't, and yay she got rescued! And Rita managed to make it so Estelle's powers didn't consume the world's aer anymore, but instead used her life force to work. So yay no more fucking up the world!

But then they needed to find a way to beat the Adephagos, so hooray discovering a way to make spirits out of dead Entelexia! Very convenient considering every Entelexia they met usually had a dramatic death shortly after, lol. Also these spirits have a crazy spiritual connection to Estelle because she's a special snowflake, lolol.

So with the help of spirits they go on to save the world from calamity but oops islandtime. *A*

Personality descriptions:

Estelle is about as sheltered as a girl can be. Spending her whole life in the castle, her only source of information from the outside being books and word of mouth, her own experience with the real world is minimal. As a result, the girl has very little in the way of common sense. Stuff like sarcasm and hyperbole fly right over her head. In fact, she's uh. Pretty much retarded, actually. Conversely, she has spent a good deal of her life with her nose buried in books, and pretty much knows the dictionary definition of everything. Estelle loves reading and history, and takes great interest in any books or ancient sites found in her travels. She also expresses an interest in becoming a writer someday.

At the same time, she is extremely kind and a generally optimistic person who always does her best to see the good in people. There's nothing that makes her happier than being able to help those in need - and with her healing artes, she gets a lot of opportunities to do this. She's always willing to offer support and encouragement to anyone who could use it. Estelle also happens to be the kind of person who'll consider any short-time acquaintance a friend.

She loves animals but they reject her love. :( Repede does, at least. But with animals and humans alike, Estelle always tries her hardest to make friends with them, even with rude people like Rita :(. To people who genuinely don't want to be friends, she'll come off as pretty damn annoying.

Estelle also loves trying new things, and when people try to discourage her she only becomes more determined to try but sorry estelle you still fail at sexy seduction :(

There are so many animals living out here! They're all so different from what I'm used to seeing... and some of them can even talk like humans do! It truly is amazing. I wish I could understand the animals back home, too. Then I could talk to Repede! That would be wonderful.

- Oh, there are dogs on this island as well! I've never seen that breed in any book I've read before... Maybe they only live on this particular island? Oh! If they can talk like some of the other animals, then I'm sure I can just ask them! Yes, that's what I'll do.
